This area is used as a depot/storage area for travelling showpeople, and also may have residential trailers parked here. There are several businesses with FHRS registrations at the address (800 Western Boulevard) which implies it is partially residential too.

This track doesnt match Bing imagery. I would imagine it is the farm track slightly to the N, but that does not carry on across the river.

I'm pretty sure the building currently drawn is the old canopy from when this was a petrol station (visible on Bing Streetside). The actual Sainsbury's building has a different shape.
