Mass deleting landuse geometries and not replacing them is a bad mapping practice (osm.wiki/Good_practice#Keep_the_history) and is considered VANDALISM. Stop this immediately.

Correct, it was the left turn lane at the Amstel Ave/South Main St intersection.

Something like that should be represented by turn:lanes=* tags (turn=*).

Thanks for continuing my work! I stopped because ESRI removed their clarity layer back in January and I haven't gotten around to adding more riverbanks. My advice would be to split both the outer riverbank lines near where you have ended in your next edit. I'm not sure how long I made both sides of the outer riverbank when I finished the relation near Tyler State Park, but OSM does not allow for ways that are more than 2,000 nodes long and will give you an error if you try to upload.
