I have sorted the mess out now.

Nuttchapa - Please don't edit the map any more until u know what u are doing - you have just added a section of road right on top of another and given it the name TRUNK in Pua. Then drawn conflicting one way arrows.

And the service road (Way: 23108726) seems the have suffered from a similar Kaart "improvement to OSM" ... thanks Guys.

In this changeset, Way: 692251670 which is part of the scenic drive around the reservoir, has been changed to a "bridge".
I can't see how a earth embankment should be tagged as a bridge, especially when the water doesn't run under it, but to then extend the bridge tag along the adjoining roads beats me.
I notice its work from the Kaart club again ... is there a reason for this logic before I revert ?

All done ... I think was where I split the road and there were two errors ... anyway fixed now (again, I hope).

Apologies, yes it should have just been a note to explain why I changed the main route after riding through it. It was not obvious on the aerial photos then.
I have removed the note, and changed to residential hwy, along with tracing/updating a few more roads in the area now the aerial pic quality is better. Cheers.

Please will you respect local mappers and stop changing U turns between two primary roads, into residential or unclassified.
You have done this all over Chiang Mai, in the interests of Grab ! Why???
It just pisses us off. We change when we find, but hope you will go back and revert where you remember you have done this.

Please can you explain why you deleted the roundabout I had created at this junction near Bouamphieng. It took me a long time to plot using my GPS after it was re-constructed in late 2018 as a roundabout. Clearly you have not been there recently.
I presume you looked at the map image, and did not bother to check that it was older than my edit. You did not have the courtesy to write and ask me first either.
Please change it back to the way I had it.

I have read the discussion and as I have said many times before, I will continue to tag roads in gated communities as living_streets. While the legal definition may not exist in Thailand, they share the same similarities with their European counterparts, and that's how I tag.
There are many instances in Thailand where we tag on similarities to European roads, even though the legal definition does not exist. For example, take the Eastern outer ring road in BKK.... its a ring road, perhaps an expressway, but not a legal motorway in Thai parlance ... but yet we tag it as one, because of its similarities to a European motorway.
Any changes of my edits without a substantiating note, will be changed back by me, again. I hope I have made my point.

Way: 642032937 - Mr Ram, you have drawn this service road, but to my eyes, it does not connect to the ชม.2025. I can clearly see a fence. In fact, I'm surprised you even saw a road there. Please review and correct.

Way: 641453900 - Dear sra_vya ... I'm just wondering why you drew this road through the hotel lobby, across the roof of three houses then right through a wall we have plotted.
I have looked at al the aerials we can see, and can see no evidence of a road. If you were not so lazy and added a source, it might give me a clue where to look for this road.
Or again is it another example of you making up streets to justify your job ?
I would greatly appreciate a reply being as you ignored most other comments I made.

Im sure you consider your work from Grab very important, but over here we tag U-turns as links. This includes where they also access side streets. Its not a residential road - do you see any houses ??
So why the hell do you think you should just come in and modify them all, completely when Mudmala comes in and changes it back, then you change again. You clowns work for the same company !!... are you just doing this so as you can charge Grab more for Global logic's work?

Dear renuka1 working for Grab ... this is a tertiary road, with a CM prefix. It takes us local mappers a lot of hard work to find these roads numbers out, then we correctly map as in our Wiki.
You jokers at Global logic come along and just change stuff for the hell of it. Please tell me your reasoning behind changing the tag to an unclassified road, when the damn road has a bloody classification. Are you a damn moron or just want to piss us off over here... either way I cant see how you are helping Grab by reducing the status of good roads, perhaps making taxis take longer routes !

Dear renuka1 working for Grab ... why have you changed way/204365638 from its correct status of a primary link road (which how we tag U-turns in Thailand) to a Service road.
Why do think that changing roads helps Grab ?
Its quite possible that routing software will ignore this U-turn and send the taxi to the next Primary U-turn link, which would be both stupid and wrong.
Why cant you just leave the Thai map alone instead of trying to convince Grab you are making useful changes for them.
I have changed it back, now leave it alone !

Way: 641104666 is another way that has been imagined by the Global logic dreamers. Its a bare patch of ground that serves as access to private properties and it is closed off by a fence at the NW end. I pity the poor Grab drivers that rely on this crap mapping. I have changed to a private track to at least stop it getting added again !

Please also confirm its not one way.
