In China, place=suburb is mainly used to tag the next-level division (admin_level=8) of districts and counties in urban built-up areas (with place:CN=subdistrict). If administrative divisions at level 8 are outside urban built-up areas, their labels will be marked as place=town.
In short, place=suburb will not be used in labels of districts or counties (admin_level=6).

您好，直辖市应有 place=state 标签，而您删除的 admin_centre 节点上承载了这一标签，因此它并不多余。请不要再任意删除 place=* 节点，若认为确有必要删除请说明原因。
