Roadways in this area are actually complete and houses are built.

Area currently looks empty.

This is called "Krawchuk Crescent" not Kettering drive.
I'll try to edit it later unless someone beats me to it.

Art Haven is listed as craft=pottery but has a cuisine listing drinks. Please check if this is a pottery studio or cafe.

La zone sous amenity:parking est pour le storage/stationnement des boites de trailers de location (tel que U-Haul par exemple). La zone libre non-marquée adjacante sert au remplissage des réservoirs sous-terrains de la station service voisine.

This amenity:parking area is for dry-box trailers rental, think U-Haul trailers. Also, the empty space is part of the gas station for filling up the underground tanks.
