These paths and buildings no longer exist

These tracks are tagged as highway? This is on private land, inside a fenced off, members only, golf course. Doesn't seem like the best description?

These paths are not here anymore.

This seems to become private property (not a public road) about here. There is a locked fence and sign saying "city of winnipeg private property"

From about here on Neil east to Raleigh no longer appears to be a public road. Private property and no trespassing signs on both ends.
