The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There is no entry to the car park from Bullock Fair Close at this point (i.e. the Thoroughfare side). The sign at the Thoroughfare/Bullock Fair Close says "local access to residents only".

Access to the car park is via Paddock Road.

I think there may be a new housing development here. I've added an approximate construction area based on memory from drive some months ago, and features in OS Open UPRN and OS Open Roads. It could do with a survey to check on the extent and current state. #suveyme
