path not connected to road

The city of Riverside changed Valencia Hill into two cul-de-sacs here. It is no longer a through street.

The City of Riverside turned Valencia Hill Drive in to two cul-de-sacs right at the marker. The map should reflect that Valencia Hill Drive no longer connects Watkins to Big Springs.
