In my view the "addr:street" does match the name of a nearby street. Please correct me if I am wrong, thank you.

The bounding box/ annotation was not accurate so it was deleted and made a new one, it would have been better if we did resize it but it was more time consuming as we had to go through and correct various business. Sorry for the inconvenience.
