It's quirky to make all the area a industrial=slughterhouse at same moment of Abattoir make announcement of ending this activity in 2028 ... And also company and public authorities have a master plan to develop commercial and residential in this area over industrial for more than 10 years now ...(exemple here way/1185464102).
