There is a lot of natural=water water=reservoir and name=foutain, appart that name is not a description, is it not a better attribute for : amenity=drinking_water ?

Following of changeset : DAV1 building - removed address (not Bourget 1 here)

I have added the address 2 years ago with this source "Geocoding issue, local knowledge" in my changeset description.

Probably it will be better if i have added the address to the door and add a note like « address established via survey descpite Urbis claim) but this is well Avenue du Bourget - Bourgetlaan 1

https://kbopub.economie.fgov.be/kbopub/toonvestigingps.html?vestigingsnummer=2228073172 give 1-3 for address if you look on UrbisAdmin the address is strangly 3-1 on the entrance road and repeated on Orange building but it's not correct. And it’s probably why the error came.

OIB.OS1 - Courrier central is on DAV1 and the same error is even repeated on the localisation map of https://op.europa.eu/fr/web/who-is-who/organization/-/organization/OIB/COM_CRF_211568 (completly wrong building) I deliver here for a U.N agency and it’s well Bourget 1used by them (postal code 1140 and 1149 ! ) and there is no EU institution in the other building.

So not a strong opinion about adding the 2 housenumbers on the relation but in any case the housenumber 1 must be geocoded on the correct entrance/building and not on the orange one.

Constructions works are only finished on the building part called Bâtiment Marie-Elisabeth Belpaire - Marie-Elisabeth Belpairegebouw not all the building (rest of the building is the Zin project that will be an hotel and appartements).
