If there are any signs about the road being unsuitable for HGVs, you can add the tag hgv=discouraged (unsuitable) or hgv=destination (access only) or if they are forbidden hgv=no

I don't live in Fowey, do you live in the area?
If it's possible for some vehicles, eg motorcycles and bicycles it would be better tagged as something like "service road" or "alley" . From the satellite photos it definitely looks like residents use the road for their cars, so it might be best as a service road with motor_vehicle=destination , which means "no through traffic".

May I ask why you changed this road to a footpath? From bing imagery it looks like a road.

I'm not familiar with the tagging conventions on dual carriageway junctions, but the map looks a little odd to me. There is a label on the bottom right corner of this changeset saying "Marsh Mills Roundabout" which is half a mile away from the roundabout. I understand this is where the lane for the exit begins but is there any alternative?

Should be sorted now. Have manually removed duplicate nodes with changeset #114653220

Thanks for pointing that out, I did make errors and accidentally remove sections of relations and not remove sections that I should have. I have now fixed it to how it should be. The spur near the cave entrance was never part of the SWCP.

There are some duplicate Nodes in this changeset due to OSM Go! crashing during upload. I haven't sorted this out yet
