West 1st Street from French to MLK has completed new road work with new turn lanes and removed some cross street intersections. Will take a local walk or waiting for aerial updates

Hooter’s closed. Currently in renovation for a new fish restaurant that has some novelty theme.

Mall is closed, some anchor points are still open (Dillard’s, Dick’s, Elev8). Currently in planning stages for redevelopment. Costco is one of the stores that has multiple plans and zoning requests with city. Likely Costco location is pretty high. Parking will look different if city approves for increased parking spaces.

Daycare under construction here. walls and windows installed. Should be completed within a year as of this writing.

This location needs to be checked. The police department has a new building in historic Goldsboro just to the west at 815 Historic Goldsboro Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771
