Drove thrpugh this a few weeks ago upgrade to motorway. These at-grade intersections are pretty common in B.C. and there is no special signage noting that it isn't a freeway in this section

Create superrelation for OR 35. Theres a conflict between signed in the field and the legal definition

Combine existing point of Hood River Bridge centerline with the roadway and split it there. Give the washington side its legal but never signed SR 35 definition

Correct Oregon 35, it goes though Hood River, also get the split at its south end

...and add back in the 2017 renumbers too

Restore relation deleted in Changeset 145672448, change to former route
