KFRService has replaced the retained duty by a part time duty system some years ago. Cliffe Fire Station is one of the concering stations. If you want again some supporting documents you may use your prefered search engine and will find some links like: http://www.medway.gov.uk/crimenuisanceandsafety/emergencyservices.aspx

If you prefer to add a tag again maybe "fire_station:type=*" would be the best tag to describe the current system.

You're right, my fault. Last step of transition was missing. Changed to access:conditional tag, valid during summer season.

The first way is the area where the cars for sale are parked. The second way is the building where the car repair takes place.
A previous mapper prefered his car sale tags on the area. I would prefer the shop tags (and maybe also the adress tags) on the building(s). Car sale and rental are also different services.

das mit den entfernen der Daten von bahnhof.de ist ja ganz ok. Aber kann sein, dass da etwas zu viel wegekommen ist?
Z.B die letzte Website stammte nicht von bahnhof.de! Die Adressdaten evtl. auch nicht? Ich würde die ggf. wieder anfügen, auch mit Maps4BW Verweis wenns sein muss. Als lokaler Mapper kenn ich den Bahnhof aber auch so... Grüße

IMHO: This change is improving the usage of data for extractors. Complexity for queries is reduced and better results are given.

Why not to use english, well known and defined tags? Then the info is for all people available and not for just 1%?

To prevent further "destroy of data" you can always add a note to your private tags.

Hi SomeoneElse. No it wasn't deliberated in this case because it was only a small change. The german name doesn't refer to a pedestrian (and it is obviously not as a little recherche shows), thats why I was not using "highway=pedestrian". The tag "Plaza" should not be used, the wiki page was deleted therefor. The tagging area is not so far away as it may look, OSMR says 284km. Thanks for review.

Here is your explanation:
1. "rated" is no defined tag in OSM wiki.
2. Value "XXX" adds no info.
3. According to taginfo.openstreetmap.org the tag "rated" is only used once in whole OSM database.
-> Conclusion: Can be removed.
