I actually surveyed this area and discovered that yes there are actually roads here and the names match, If you want me to back up my proof, I can 100% answer in detail if you need

Verified from driving around Manitoba and going down these actual streets and looking at street signs, I fixed these notes and verified them through local knowledge. I am a professional mapper and surveying these roads are my passion.

I went down these streets a few times and surveyed as proof

This was never Peter Robinson Court, i drove down here to see that the street sign read Water Leaf Crt
