I have also talked with Thiskal about this coastline issue too. Reading their changeset comments they seem to have the right:

However I do not think tracing coastlines from satellite imagery is bad per se. It may be *slightly* outdated, but it is impossible to keep track of a coastline especially with the additional factors

by OS maps i meant this imagery layer in iD: "OS OpenData StreetView (April 2016)"

In the newer changesets the coastline is from Bing Aerial Imagery and the admin boundary is from OS Maps

Na https://mzagan.e-mapa.net/ też jest napisane że plac w środku ronda jest nazywany Plac Jana Kilińskiego; w tym przypadku droga się tak nazywa. Plac się nazywa Rondo Czterech Pancernych.

W Żaganiu budynki zaadresowane na "Rondo Czterech Pancernych" są zaadresowane na ulicę Plac Jana Kilińskiego. Na https://mzagan.e-mapa.net/ , czyli System Informacji Przestrzennej Urzędu Miasta Żagań jest napisane że Budynek z sklepem Meble Bodzio jest za-adresowany na Plac Jana Kilińskiego. Rondo Czterech Pancernych w przypadku Żagania nie jest nazwą ronda, ani ulicy który jest rondem, tylko to jest nazwa placu na środku tego ronda, którego nazwa jest Plac Jana Kilińskiego. Ta nazwa nigdy nie była zmieniona przez urząd, tylko plac na środku się nazywa Rondo Czterech Pancernych (o czym już mówiłem wcześniej).
