cropmapper, in this CS the deletions outweighs the creations by 10:1. The rivers might have been coarse, but they exist and are therefore not 'wrong'.
Rivers forming admin boundaries is not wrong, this is often how boundaries are defined.
However, redrawing parts of named rivers as 'ditch' is wrong.
OSM means refining, not deletion. Deletion w/o refinements is vandalism.
You also broke relation/7626813.
