Thanks for your edits, but this looks like an incorrect way to tag proposed roads. Please check the tagging on proposed=*

Change it from `highway=X` -> `highway=proposed`+`https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:proposed=X`

This road classification of `motorway` is used for freeways. This looks more like an unpaved track. You can easily fix this by selecting and changing the type.
