The F99c is still there, but even then, highway=track is definitively wrong. highway=cycleway is IMHO a better fit in this case; but even then: way/280876411 and node/6965149675 are only reachable (by car) via this road

Why the downgrade from "highway=unclassified" to "highway=track" here? unclassified seems correct to me, this is not just two tracks for land access, it is an important link for cyclists.

I'm proposing to the community to just do away with the entire `memorial:conflict`-tag and use `subject`-instead, and preferably `subject:wikidata`: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/deprecating-memorial-conflict-and-memorialwikidata/109837/8

That is part of the reason I've ended up at these memorials.
