For info this isn't actually correct, I got caught out on this too. building=terrace is for when you've mapped the whole run of terrace as one building:
building=terrace

@harg's building=residential or better yet building=house:
building=house

Yeah Ctrl+F5 fixed it, that's curious given I'd not visited that bit of the map before seeing the comment. I guess there was still some delay in it re-rendering and I got the old cached one in the past.

Is this not still a dead end, as you've got two one way roads in opposite directions at the corner, or is there actually another missing way out of the parking on the right?

That was a sign IRL, when does a sign become a map? Is a multi-directional signpost acceptable? Would the key from that map be acceptable for spellings at least?

I guess I need to find some fancy assistance stuff to run on Android to aid gathering such info when I'm out and about.

I might be able to get them to wander past and double-check, but given that potential typo exists twice on the map, I'd be somewhat inclined to trust it.
