But I see you're not local, so I understand it's more difficult for you to determine what has to be caps, and what is just styling. Anyway, thanks for adding a lot of details!

Hi Johan, thanks for mapping footpaths! But please remember to connect these to the rest of the infrastructure at all ends and intersections. Right now, these footpaths only have one connection to the road network, meaning the other paths are basically dead-end paths and can't be used for routing.

Hi Simon, I removed the cycling ways you put in here. These aren't separate cycling ways but cycling lanes on the road surface, and these are normally added with cycleway=lane on the main road.

I can see that some of Mobit's 35 own stores can be labelled as phone shops, while others are just offices. But being a reseller of a phone supplier (which Mobit isn't even) doesn't make a shop a phone store of course. Many stores have several suppliers.

Mass edits like this one are generally not encouraged on OpenStreetMap, as it's clearly difficult to validate the correctness of the tags.

Very good question. Is a miniature building still a building? What about a miniature train track, or a miniature bridge? And if not, at what scale does that change? I don't have a good answer really, and I think I just continued what I had seen done with other miniature objects. But I do agree on current thoughts that adding the amenity tag was wrong.
