Certainly, the business is most likely legitimate. I'm not arguing that. I'm saying that the addition and the manner in which that addition is made is comes from a company that refuses to follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the community.
You should feel more than free to add a well crafted node/area back to the map for the given law office. It's the SEO company that we are trying to get to come to the table and discuss proper OSM etiquette.

What makes you think that? I'm willing to bet $5 that it wasn't a false positive. If it was a false positive, I'm sure thebakerlawtall user will step up and say something. But I've looked at several thousand edits and see a clear pattern and this edit exhibits many of those traits.

While this might be a legitimate entry, if you look at my history, you'll find changesets deleting a company that has a pattern of abuse, deception, avoidance, and low quality additions to the map. All in the name of making a quick profit with no care for how it effects the rest of the OSM community.
