@[yuen sam turen] Thank you for helping map Samoa. Do you have an authoritative source for the boundary of Safune? Instead of landuse=residential this line should be boundary=administrative.

While it is good to work with local councils it is important to also follow OSM standards. Can you answer the question that Jan put forth?
