The tags of Donauuferbahn seem to be inconsistent. Here the tag usage is used. For the Upper Austrian part of the line the tag railway:traffic_mode is set. It seems to be not done consistently.

Additionally as operator of the relation NÖVOG is set, which seems weird, as NÖVOG only operates and maintains the Lower Austrian part. The Upper Austrian part is maintained by ÖBB Infra.
