you can keep the element history in any editor. instead of deleting it, just move the node to the element that will remain. this is a good practice set years ago as you can see on the wiki osm.wiki/Good_practice#Keep_the_history

and I cant read the changeset as you edit thousand of elements within the same changeset and only mention "small adds and fixes", which doesn't drescribe what you done at all to what.

you deleted elements (some added more than 7 years ago) and readded them. that's not how to proceed. maintain the element history. https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/node/1769107200 added in 2012, you just deleted it and created a new one

on this changeset you added multiple shingles as points, shingles tag can only be added to areas as mentioned on the wiki natural=shingle

on changeset/71689774 you added surface as concrete when it was correct, paving stones.

These are only a few examples of multiples mistakes and not following OSM guidelines.

Also do not add many changes in the same changeset, do less and submit more changesets. when i revert these, all of your work will vanish as you edit more than 1000 elements per changeset.
