I didn't said that all roads have turning circles. This isn't at the end of the road also. I have local knowledge and can see from satellite imagery that there's a turning circle there. There's also traffic sings on the turning circle indicating so, but I guess you can't see that from the satellite imagery. Please read the wiki highway=turning_circle
