First there's already a relation of those routes. Second you do not have permission (unless you have a wiki page about the import of data from that website. Third you can't use REF tag on the ways, but on the relation (as already exists). Please read osm.wiki/Hiking

We do not have a tag for canyoning/Canyoneering. There was a proposal in 2010 and was rejected, therefore it can't be mapped. Safety reasons and the lack of data regarding obstacles on the route is one of the concerns osm.wiki/Proposed_features/Canyoning

That tag route=canyoning isn't approved. The information on that website is wrong. We are not allowed to copy information from other websites as sources, unless the license is compatibility.
