Lots of the shops in this building are now vacant and need to be updated

With Western Ave flyover demolished, the separate northbound and southbound links in this area should probably be combined -- I'm assuming the streets on either side can now be accessed by either northbound or southbound traffic. Western/Belmont/Clybourn intersection can also be simplified.

This intersection has been reconfigured and the geometry (of Wentworth north of Cermak) should be updated.
