There are restrictions for turning to the right, because the road on the right is private, and vehicles are not allowed to pass. Only service or government vehicles are allowed to pass through it.

But I would like to point out that the current satellite imagery is old and does not represent reality now, so all the curved roads that you see in the satellite imagery are now straight and paved. As I am a local citizen, you will find me editing roads and intersections according to my local knowledge of the area.
