Do NOT add any buildings surrounding Jalpaiguri Railway Station, the station will be redeveloped under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.

Most of the Railway's lands reserved for future development have been illegally encroached and thus, I'd personally advise you to NOT add any additional buildings using ANY Aerial Imagery.
