Frage: Wäre nicht z.B. landuse=grass besser geeignet? Die Fläche wird noch sicher gemäht und selten beweidet.
Oder vllt ein anderer Tag: osm.wiki/DE:Tag:natural=grassland?uselang=de

I adjusted the nodes (see changeset/42022669). But your suggestion concerning the CDQ (Chef de quartier) is good but not realizable from remote.

I don't know any more too. Maybe make some mappingholliday oneday :-). The most popular shold be mapped, though.

How do you know Djama and Gnagna are suburbs but Houdou and Lom-Nava are Neighbourhoods? When I was in Atakpamé people used all these names the same way.
