I reverted the rest of yapple’s edits in changeset/52335717.

pflier is retagging highway=stopline to road_marking=solid_stop_line at the suggestion of those on the talk-us thread. I welcome this change, and I agree with GerdP that the ways should be connected to the roads they intersect.
