Major redevelopment is happening on this site now, including a school and LOTS of flats...

This is my first attempt at mapping the very complicated landscaping here, based on photos I took and the current aerial photos. It will need revisits to perfect, and my choice of tagging might not be correct either, e.g. reed beds or plain wetland.

There's a north south drain previously mapped here, does this still exist, or was it replaced by the new ponds and reed beds?

As Benson Weir is closed until the end of 2025, I have rerouted the Thames Path along the official diversion. A part time ferry service is in operation here though, which enables walkers to follow the original route along west bank of the Thames. Please check to see whether it is operational before walking up from Wallingford!

This path is being upgraded at the moment, but is currently closed. The new path by the road is the current default

This road continues with a loop to Waddesdon Hill and another to where Note #1618975 is located. I'm not sure about the status of this path/road though
