is Boulangerie Pâtisserie L'Atelier (shop=bakery) closed all the time? Then almost certainly it should not be tagged as shop=bakery

And if it is not always closed then opening_hours=closed is wrong

For closed shops that are vacant/rebuilt/etc tagging like disused:shop=bakery would be better

20 ans de réfection et rien pour les cyclistes. Pas de nouveaux arceaux. Pas de double sens cyclable (une obligation pour les voiries sous 30 km/h). Par contre, une bulle à verre en plein milieu du passage pour piétons.
