You have a lot of street names which are not matching anything in OSM. "Abbott Rue Est" or "Den Haag Promenade". The street names are always the English version for an address, and here you don't even match the French name.

Could you please review your import?

Sure, I will add a note for things I haven't validated recently. I'm also working with city councillors in growing areas to find out how we can get better data from the city.

Roads that have gates across are still roads... But they should be blocked off with a barrier tag so routers won't take you there.

Are we agreed that a road you can drive on in a normal car (not off-road vehicle) should be tagged as a road that is not under construction?.... even if the road has many houses under construction. I just want to make sure we're agreed on how we tag things.

I find the city is usually (but not always) behind in updating their status. So I err on the side of marking things under construction/open when the city says they are. If they actually aren't then we can change them back.
Note: I mark new residential roads as open as soon as the roads are paved, even though the area is still under construction and the roads might be full housing construction folks.

I usually survey roads in the west end (Kanata/Sittsville), but tend not to do that in the east end as much.
