what is the point of using ref:colour in addition to standard colour?
(though this seems more widespread Spanish affliction)

Also, why ref:colour_bg is different than ref:colour?

is PC Doc (shop=computer) closed all the time? Then almost certainly it should not be tagged as shop=computer

And if it is not always closed then opening_hours=closed is wrong

For closed shops that are vacant/rebuilt/etc tagging like disused:shop=computer would be better

shop=consignment? What is actually sold here? consignment shops can sell clothes (the most popular, I think) but also furniture, antiques, books, machinery, cars and so on.

If they sell second hand stuff: maybe better add second_hand=yes (or second_hand=only if they have no brand-new objects), maybe also consignment=yes and let shop= tag to express what is being sold there?
