Hi,
you actually placed the position of your business in the middle of a golf course. I think the correct location is supposed to be more south near Farmington Avenue.
Also what type of business is this? Without classification the data will be of no use.

Removed a wikipedia tag. Maybe that was it.

For embarkments, we have `embarkment=yes` or `man_made=embarkment`, for tree lines we have `natural=tree_row`, for gravel we have `surface=gravel`, etc.

Thanks. But don't add railways that don't exist.

thanks!

Nice job!

Hi and welcome to OSM!

Just a small feedback to your edits that I could see:
1) The name=* tag is reserved only for the actual name of the object e.g. The Empire State Building. Descriptive names can typically be decomposed into other individual properties/tags.
2) Please don't delete existing objects no matter how insignificant or unimportant they might seem.
3) When you merged the two building parts into single barn you also merged their heights, which caused a loss of information. The correct way to do it is to keep the building:part objects untouched and create an combined outline polygon/area tagged as building=barn here: way/867587367

I fixed the error to make it easier for you. Have a look.
Also if you need help or just talk, feel free to reach out or join US Slack (https://slack.openstreetmap.us/) or Discord (https://discord.gg/openstreetmap). Happy editing!

Hi,
I looked at that location with the most recent imagery, but the railways are not there any more. You are probably using outdated data. I suggest using CTECO:2019 imagery or Maxar Premium.

Hi David,
is there any particular reason for deleting Williams Park? way/43435887

Good catch, thanks!
Those were leftover from one of our conflation strategy.

Hi and welcome to OSM!
Just a small correction, name=* tag is intended for a specific given name of the object. e.g. The Empire State Building

Hi,
Don't delete existing objects. Also don't create "lollipop" extensions to avoid multipolygons.
Read up on how to correctly edit here: leisure=golf_course#Common_mapping_pitfalls

Failure to comply with community editing standards will result in block of your account.

Hi,
Thanks for editing, but please don't add hole numbers into name= tag. This belongs to the ref=* tag on golf=hole lines.
Also don't create overlaps between features. If there is a hole in some feature, create multipolygon.
More detail on how to correctly edit OSM can be found here: leisure=golf_course#Common_mapping_pitfalls

Hi,
Please don't use name=* tag on greens, fairways and holes. Hole number belong only to ref=* tag on golf=hole lines.
Thanks

Sorry but you can't treat OSM like your personal playground. There are many projects and companies depending on this data. Please stick to the community established editing standards. If your software is not compatible then you'll have to post-process the data or fix your software.

118380376

Please don't do that again.

118364634

Those are not just lines. They are part of multipolygon that defines rough. Please read about multipolygons before doing further edits osm.wiki/Relation:multipolygon

118344986

Please follow the community editing guidelines. Use multipolygons where needed and don't delete exiting objects.

Hi,
Please don't add non-existent railways. Always check with imagery or with survey if the tracks are still there.
