I have driven on NS-4 and I would consider the section between Exit 29 and Strathglass Road to be a Trunk rather than a Primary Road.

On-site confirmation required: According to municipal planning documents the cycleway on University was scheduled to be extended from Milton to Prince-Arthur in 2023.
