South of the US border I used the Missisquoi name, not sure in the US. But in Quebec I used Sutton River.

I did a little research on this. Some consider it a branch of the Missisquoi river without a specific name, other call it the Sutton river. However the main Missisquoi river is in the US in Richford. Using the name Sutton river for this branch seems to make sence. Here is the only reference I found. In OSM a small segment was called Sutton river already.

tu as raison. j'ai nettoyé et corrigé le tracé de chemins qui étaient morcelé et pas précis, mais j'ai pas bien fait attention aux relations. je viens de faire quelques corrections. Je vais revoir ça plus tard.

This is kink of cheap to do that. They were not hurting anybody This is pretty much inhabited land. They were useful to the Zwift users. Mapped as cycleways there were not to be confused with anything else You should not just deleted stuff. Post a note and let the discussion take place if you wish.
