I've updated the tags to better reflect what I've learned from this discussion, it's still not perfect. I still don't think a more detailed discussion should take place here, should we open a proposal in osm? there are already many in the discussion of the wiki page

I tought about it a while, and by what I understood from the consensus on the wiki is that the museum is not free, if you want to visit it you need to pay a fee, the fact that you have to walk through the garden to reach it doesn't mean it's free from a fee. it still has it. the only way to make it clearer would be to invent a new value for the tag, fee=connected (or similar), that means that it's the same, not an additional one. we might discuss it somewhere better maybe?

I see, how do I fix it? I just selected all the segments that were part of the park and saw that one of them was without the relationship tag, I tought it was deleted by error, and put it back like in all the other segments.
If you can revert it it would be apreciated, as I don't know how to

the issues were there before, I just readded some missing relationships in the lines, but they are still to fix, as they were before, I don't have the tools to fix this, as for me it fails with "too many nodes on line"
