This building (way/276996373) is tagged with man_made=watermill. However, I think that the watermill is on the other side of the river and this building is only used to collect the entrance fee.

Please check the cycleroute F72. When I cycled there last month, I remember that the markings on the ground where continuing along the canal towards the east. Up to the bridge was only a cyclingroute with no number. There where no signs of a cycleroute F722.
