Wahrscheinlich aus der südtiroler Basiskarte auf Geobrowser. Diese wurde zwischenzeitlich "verbessert" und die Namen der Gipfel tauchen nicht mehr auf. Die Kompass Wanderkarte Online kann den Namen aber bestätigen.

In my experience the geokatalog it is mostly right. But I'm not 100% sure of course. Probably I just followed geokatalog. If you have mor recent information, please edit.

They don't have a GTFS feed, or at least I didn't find one. But they use the EFA software by Mentz. EFA ids are similar but not quite the same as GTFS.

1. wenn du kein Grödner bist, dann ändere bitte keine ladinischen Namen in Gröden. "Santa Cristina" ist die italienische Schreibweise, die ladinische ist "Santa Crestina". Außerdem gilt der Grundsatz: "tag what's on the ground" und die Straßenschilder am Ortseingang sagen eindeutig: "Santa Crestina". Deshalb habe ich meine Version wiederhergestellt.
2. Der einzige logische und *verifizierbare* Ort für ein Dorfsymbol ist der Kirchturm der Pfarrkirche. Der Kirchturm wurde immer schon für die Landvermessung benützt und darauf beziehen sich auch alle Höhenangaben: z.B. "Sankt Christina 1428m üdM" bezieht sich auf die Kirche.
Du verschiebst das Ortssymbol mitten auf eine Wiese (damit es besser aussieht?). Was du tust ist "Tagging for the renderer", ist völlig subjektiv und nicht verifizierbar.

I did a survey of the Keschtnweg from Brixen down to St. Verena and I'm pretty sure that the Jakobsweg between Villanders and Barbian follows the current route of the Keschtnweg. (The current route is in OSM, also all guideposts that I found.)

Whatever sources you have may be outdated and are following a previous route of the Keschtnweg.

There is a new footbridge too south of Barbian worth taking.

the custom in this area is that a ref on a hiking route is the number of the route assigned by a local authority, eg. AVS / CAI / Tourismusverein. If you use it for the leg no. you'll likely create confusion. Maybe put the leg no. into a note or in the description?

Here is a query of guideposts that I surveyed (Klausen -> Brixen) having the Jakobsweg symbol. Of course there may be many more guideposts I didn't see.

per favore non rimuovere le fermate dei bus perchè dopo è un casino rimetterle e riconnettere tutte le linee. Semmai disconnetti la fermata dalla strada e la sposti da parte (come ho fatto io) finchè non hai finito il resto, poi la riconnetti, così le linee restano intatte.

Those are the borders according to the Austrian authoritative map and the Italian authoritative map. They are different. The Austrian map is more precise, but is it also more truthful? I don't know. I don't see a problem in keeping them both just for reference.

das könnte man sicher noch aufteilen. "arete" trifft man ziemlich oft an. Der Unterschied ist auch nicht so klar: auf "ridge" kann man laufen auf "arete" nicht. Das ist ein wenig schwammig. Reinhold Messner kann da sicher überall laufen :-) Vielleicht erst mal an den prominentesten Gipfeln aufteilen.

wenn ein Kartenfeature nicht mehr existiert, dann bitte mit disused:feature / abandoned:feature / rased:feature markieren und nicht einfach löschen. Das hilft dem nächsten Mapper solange es keine neuen Luftbilder gibt. Und am besten noch eine Note hinzufügen, die den Tatbestand erklärt, mit Datum wenn bekannt.

Sorry, but that is not forbidden. In fact it is encouraged to add as many information as wanted. If that tag proves to be useful, I will document it. Many osm tags have developed that way from private tag to standard tag.

That is a custom tag. I have written a validator that compares OSM hiking routes against the official routes @ geokatolog.buergernetz.bz.it and reports an error if the routes deviate by more than 100m from each other.

Sometimes there is good reason for this deviation (eg. recent buildings, recent landslides). Then I set this tag on the way so I don't get the error report any more. (At least in theory. I still have to program that.)
