the name usually refers to the name of the main road.
you can add service=drive_away to indicate that this small road deserts buildings.

if I understand your exchangeet correctly, you simply copied the name of the platform on the stop_position.
although I personally find this relatively useless (a stop_area avoids duplicating names, some mapper already remove those name previously see node/258755877/history), what is your verification request about ?

"max_age=0" signifierait que seuls les enfants de moins d'un an peuvent y accéder, c'est le cas ? cela me parait si jeune.
name sert a renseigner le nom.
"Place de jeux" est plutôt une description qui se met dans le tag description.

Can you also fill the source tag ? for exemple what the source if this new name ? on the webite, the name is "Bibliotheque de Domdidier". also BPSD is not a part of the name. it's a short name (= the name in short)

pour info, les tag addr: ne se mettent pas sur les routes. pour une route, on utilise uniquement le tag name.
les numéros des bâtiments se mettent directement sur les bâtiments

Cependant, le nom supprimé n'était pas le nom officiel mais un lieu-dit qui par définition est rarement un nom officiel

Attention aussi au fait que pour le moment, à ma connaissance, le canton a toujours refusé de rendre ses données opendata pour leur intégration dans osm. il n'y a donc que les infos sur le terrain et la connaissance locale qui peux être utilisée.cependant si vous avez l'autorisation (écrite) d'un responsable du cadastre, ce serrait merveilleux !
