This is the YWCA building. As far as I can tell, it is a women's shelter and has a daycare facility. I'm not able to figure out which building type best fits that description on SCEE, so this will have to be for desktop.

There's a notice saying this is staff parking only. Is this marked as parking with permission?

Sign suggests that trucks over 6.5m tall should not drive under bridge. Could this indicate a height? This isn't the first time I saw that specific sign and measurement, so I'm concerned it's a standard sign and isn't specific to this underpass.
