Because they are not the same route. They are branches. In former Yugoslavia roads were with branches. Branch was defined as XX.X

For example, that A3.1 was M5K1.
A3 is main road, those are branches.

Accordingly to situation on the ground, A1 starts from Lukoil Prilep. A3 is A1, as Prilep Ring road.
So please, change it like that. And also A3 runs to Pletvar and beyond according to milestones.

Until yesterday R1101 started in Gradsko according same IGEA and RAMS, today not. Boulevars became ordinary streets, living streets became regional roads.

So 2 meters wide street is regional road, and streets with 4 lanes and separations are not?

There should be different between A1 (Tabanovci--Bogorodica). On the road signs is A1 with green shield. This A1 is with blue shield.
