I've attached your mapillary tag to the apartments in: changeset/52801050
and the proper tag for apartments is: building=apartments

Why is there an apartment node in the middle of the road? It should be combined with the building outline, not where you took the picture.

It's a very small town in(Heckston) North Grenville. Like <1000 people live there. Same with Actons Corners and Pleton's Corner

Seeing as I was the one that did the GPS trace in that area. I would say yes I have. Roads I put are fully paved(recently like tuesday the truck was out steam rolling the end of it)
