The numbering of ministry of electricity is based on kilometer distance from the city gate. like , pole 25km then pole 26km etc... these are the official numbering by the ministry of electricity.
This numbering system was made since tens of years and still in use, some of the poles was outside the city so even now with the city getting bigger, it still have the old numbering. I do not have the numbers for each pole but this one was innocent so I removed it. please stop arguing and try to understand, you are not local, we are.

@ChehrehBargi again, Iraq do not have text names on residential street, only numbers, the address for the houses are like District 900, Alley 10, House 20, there is no text name for the street. I'm talking about local knowledge of my country this is for all of Iraq. you are forging not local and you probably misunderstood what you saw.
