Check Maxar which is the latest.
Check all aerial imagery before deleting a road.
The road is new and not yet present in Bing imagery.

If possible please keep edits local. That way you don't spam the history feed-globally.

Thank you for your edit, Instead of deleting elements and redrawing them anew, it is generally better to update the geometry of the existing objects, retaining their editing history. Similarly, make sure to preserve the identity of an element. see: osm.wiki/Keep_the_history

For example you can say "delete road not present in Sat imagery" so mappers would know why did you delete the road instead of going to investigate the reason. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments .
