There were 2 nodes, mapped as "Islamic Kurdish League" you removed one and changed the other's name. Now by this, you removed the "Islamic Kurdish League" entirely now.

No, you deleted it entirely in v2 here: node/6744963986/history and changed it only to kurdish while the name in the logo in Arabic is correct, see: https://www.kurdipedia.org/files/photos/2010/4679.JPG, this is just like the hundreds and thousands of nodes you changed and removed Arabic names entirely. This is not or discussion now, now I'm talking about removing such party entirely from OSM while it still under operation, and it did not change name as you stated.
Islamic Kurdish League or the Kurdish Islamic Union, whatever it's called, they established the Humanitarian Rabite Organization, which share the same address and office, therefore, you should have not deleted the union. You mentioned in the wiki it say "currently known as" but this doesn't mean they changed their name, it mean they are operate in the NGO name, and their original name is still regesterd in the goverment. Just like the United Nation and UNICEF for example.
Now, I have corrected this edit in changeset , I undeleted the node/6744963985 and added the "Islamic Kurdish League" wiki links to it, and changed the wiki tags in node/6744963986 from "Islamic Kurdish League" that you added to "Humanitarian League Organization" to match the ngo.

I find this very ironic from you to say such thing giving the fact you did exactly this many times, like when I removed fake buildings and roads numbers and you know this very good that they are fake and you added the correct numbers after me, and still rated the changeset as bad, very ironic.

Hi, before removing you should've moved the Arabic name to the node that you say it's duplicate with, not remove the node entirely.
The name says "Carrefour tablue mall - Kirkuk Street" just take the name of the store and add it to the other one instead of deleting it. having "kirkuk street" in the name is not an excuse to not add it to the other one, you could've just take the name without the word "kirkuk street"
You sated "this type of edit must be deleted no matter what is the language." NO! it's valid data, and clear, and it should be improved and corrected not deleted!
Please in future if you see something for example a shop with "John's electronics in 143 main street" just remove the street from the name and keep the store name, do not delete it entirely...
I've checked with the store website and this place do exist in fact in this location and there website.

Names in Arabic and Kurdish are usually typed differently even for names, For example, in way/1025102184, Andy stated in a note "language is unclear as it is a person's name". It's very clear that the name is in Arabic, the name is "اسماعيل", and in Kurdish, it's "ئیسماعیلی" or sometimes "ئیسماعیل". example: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q123088

name:ar in way/1025102182 is Kurdish, I suggest removing the Kurdish word "پێشانگای" from "پێشانگای الكويت" and keeping it only "الكويت", as there is no need to describe what this thing is in the name, like if we map "Johnson Dealership" for example, we map it as "name:Johnson" and "shop=car", even if sometimes the word "Dealership" exist, it's not the name of the dealership, it only explains what this building is.

Andy stated, "which is clearly a different location!" in the comments here regarding the Kuwait company. I assume Andy stated that after seeing the street address on those links says "100m Road" and the dealership in OpenStreetMap is on "Peshawa Qazi Street". They are both the same street, "100-meter street" is the most common name by the people, and "Peshawa Qazi Street" is the official one but not the common way to mention that road in reality, example if you ask any Iraqi from the north to the south where is "100meter road" translate to "طريق 100 متر" he will say it's in Erbil, and if you ask where is "Peshawa Qazi Street"? they will say "Huh?" or "I don't know", So the company, of course, gonna use the most known name so people can find them easily and sell stuff.

About the "Pont Neuf" example, this usually does not apply in Iraq unfortunately. For example, in Baghdad, "الجسر ذو الطابقين" which is a bridge that had 2 layers each for a passive way, I've seen a street sign with my eyes in Al-Jadriyah that says "Two Stories Bridge" with a directional arrow instead of "Du Tabaqeen Bridge", same for "جسر الجمهورية" now for example if you search "جسر الجمهورية" on google search it will show you "Republic Bridge" not "Al Jumhuriya bridge".

And node/6744963986 that had Kurdish name for the same organization.
You deleted the first node with the Arabic text, and edited the 2nd.
The organization name is that has Kurdish name, it was also in Arabic before but you removed it entirely in v2 though.
The problem is, in this changeset I'm making a comment on here, you renamed it from "Islamic Kurdish League" to "Humanitarian League Organization" and added the wikipedia as "Islamic Kurdish League" which is a conflict, What is going on?

In top of that, you keep deleting "addr:postcode=44001" Which I told you many many times before to not delete but you ignore and keep delete, in this changeset you deleted it from: "way/607896551, node/4432459696, node/5861874986" please stop, as deleting valid postal code is vandalism.
Can you restore these ones and the ones you deleted previously?

I see you removed node/11065547253, that has an Arabic name in 'name' tag, and renamed way/887311316 which is the same market but mapped in Kurdish to another name in kurdish, and you moved the old name from way/887311316 and added it as "name:ar" while it's kurdish not Arabic, you should've added the correct Arabic name from the node you deleted, not a kurdish name. The tag name:ar means Name in Arabic, and it should have Arabic names in Arabic script not Kurdish, Can you please fix this issues and add the correct Arabic name from the supermarket node you removed to the supermarket way?

The node above you moved the name to name:en in v2 and left the main name empty then added name:ckb in v3 in this changeset. Copy name:ckb and put it in name too.
